The Team Captain must register first and create the team before team members can join the team. A team is a group of 10 or more participants who register under a common team name. Any company, family, group of friends, club, community organization, school, or faith group can form a team. Team captains recruit team members for your team, encourage team participation and fundraising, and organize events for your team. You help your team members have the tools they need to raise donations and recruit more team members!

Team Box Inclusion Deadlines for Packet Pick-up

Team Box Inclusion deadline for Teams (i.e. to have all of your team members participant t-shirts and packets available for pick-up at Colonial Brookwood Village members must register for your team by Friday, September 27th.)  Team members joining your team AFTER Sept. 27th will have to pick up their packets at Colonial Brookwood Village during the week of October 7th - 11th and their names will be on separate list at packet pick-up.  The packets of members joining AFTER Sept 27th will NOT be included in your Team Box.  This means that anyone can join your team and fundraise for your team up until the day of the Race!  Please be sure to inform all prospective team members of this change.

Use of the Komen logo or Race for the Cure logo is prohibited for Race for the Cure teams.  We do however offer four Official Team T-Shirt Insignias for your use.
